BARTLETT A LOT RESTRICTION

The Bartlett A lot will be closed to A permit parking on July 2. The lot will remain closed until late in 2013/early 2014. The east row of parking will become HC-only parking. The lot will be fenced to become lay-down space for the Bartlet Hall renovation project. Access for large vehicles to the Begeman Hall loading dock will be available. Smaller vehicles will still be able to get to Begeman via the sidewalk. Please call 273-6165 with any comments or concerns.

UNI PLANTAR FASCIITIS STUDY

Do you suffer from chronic plantar fasciitis? The UNI Department of Athletic Training is conducting a research study investigating treatments for this common foot disorder. UNI POLICE/GOVERNOR TRAFFIC SAFETY

July 2 through 8, UNI Police will join city, county and state enforcement agencies across Iowa to participate in a Special Enforcement Program (sTEP). The sTEP projects are funded by the Iowa Govenor's Traffic Safety Bureau and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. This money enables officers to work more hours on the roadways during those times when traffic increases and trafic accidents, injuries and deaths are most probable. Iowa law enforcement officers are asking every Iowan who gets behind the wheel to buckle up and drive responsibly. Make this July 4 holiday a safe one. For more information, contact UNI police or Lt. CHANGE IN LIBRARY HOURS FOR THE FOURTH OF JULY

There will be no special library vacation loans over the holiday. Patrons may check out materials and enter the building until 10 minutes to the closing time, at which time service desks close and the doors are locked. Library online resources are available 24/7; if off campus, there will be a prompt to enter your CatID.

EXPANSION OF FULBRIGHT SCHOLAR PROGRAM WITH BRAZIL

There are 49 grants available in the 2013-14 Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program competition for U.S. academics, professionals and early and mid-career researchers to teach and/or conduct research in Brazil. ADULT SWIM LESSONS
