Sign up now for electronic-only delivery of your W2. In lieu of a mailed copy, you must give permission electronically by Jan. 9. You will also be entered in a drawing for a $50 gift card. With electronic delivery you can view your W2 online, with the option to print, at least a week earlier than receiving it through the U.S. Mail. It’s also a cost savings to UNI. The electronic W2 will be available through UNI Employee Self Service by mid-January. An email notification of its availability will be sent to you. If you've previously signed up for the electronic W2 you do not need to do so again. For additional information, visit this site or contact payroll at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 273-6425 or 273-2656.
