Sign up now for electronic-only delivery and viewing of your W2, unless you have already made the election in a prior year. To choose electronic delivery, in lieu of a mailed copy, you must give permission electronically by Jan. 7. You will have access to view the W2 online, with the option to print, at least one week earlier than if you choose to receive the mailed document. It’s also a cost savings to UNI. Should you choose this option, your W2 Form will be available through UNI Employee Self Service by mid January. An email notification of its availability will be sent to you. Additional information and instructions are posted on the Ebusiness site. http://www.vpaf.uni.edu/ebusiness/training_and_support/documents/w2_delivery_preference.pdf If you have questions, contact Payroll email@example.com or call 273-6425 or 273-2656.
