ROY J. CARVER SCHOLARSHIP:

Twenty new recipients will be selected to receive $5,200 for the 2004-05 academic year.

Selection based on: Junior by fall 2004; minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA; U.S. citizen; graduated from an accredited Iowa high school or have been a resident of Iowa for at least five consecutive years prior to application; demonstrate financial need by filing a 2004-05 FAFSA; have overcome challenging social and/or other barriers to attending college full-time.
