Cashier's Hours/Locations August 23-26, 2002

The Cashier's Office will again operate out of two locations during the "Move to the Union" portion of "Welcome Week '02"

GILCHRIST LOCATION:
Aug.19-21, 2002 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Full Service *
Aug. 22, 2002 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Full Service *
Aug. 22, 2002 12:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. Limited Services **
Aug. 23, 2002 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Limited Services **
Aug. 24, 2002 Closed
Aug. 25, 2002 Closed
Aug. 26-30, 2002 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Full Service *

The Cashier's Office in Gilchrist will be open for all services from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. August 19-21, 2002. On Thursday, August 22, the Cashier's Office will discontinue writing checks at 12:00 noon in order to move the equipment over to Maucker Union, but will remain open for other services until 5:00 p.m. The Cashier's Office will be open on Friday, 8/23 to continue to provide services to staff and departments. The Cashier's Office will resume normal operations at 8:00 a.m., Monday, August 26, 2002.

The Maucker Union location is in Expansion C and will not be open on Thursday, August 22, 2002. The Cashier's Office will be providing service to students complete with check writing from Friday, August 23th through Sunday, August 25th, 2002. Students should be advised that services will be available on Saturday and Sunday in Maucker Union to meet their needs.
