Registration for fitness classes at the WRC is now open. A new fitness class, Water Boot Camp, will include running, jumping, core and strength training. Athletic swimsuit and towel are required. Other classes include Fitx5, Cardio Mix, Step-Kick-Spin, Total Body Conditioning, Spin-Yoga Fusion, Kickboxing, Boot Camp, Spinnercise, Hip-Hop, Zumba, Ballroom Dance, Hydro-Fit, Sculpt and Tone, Circuit Weights, Women on Weights, Abs, Pilates, Yoga and more.
