What is UNI Online? UNI Online is an electronic newsletter, e-mailed to all UNI faculty and staff on Tuesday and Thursday mornings (during the academic year) as a joint venture of the UNI Office of Marketing & Public Relations and ITS-Network Services. It contains information on UNI programs, events and procedures in an easy-to-read headline format, with URLs provided to Web pages with more information. Every effort is made to keep UNI Online short so it loads quickly and is easy to read.
Does UNI Online replace individual e-mails or fliers sent to the entire faculty/staff? Yes. Using UNI Online cuts down on paper costs and makes communication quicker and easier.
Can I unsubscribe from UNI Online? The university believes it is important to have tools with which to communicate to all employees. Every faculty and staff member with e-mail access receives UNI Online. There is no unsubscribe option.
How do I submit information to UNI Online? Access the UNI Online Web submission page at http://www.uni.edu/unionline/. Fill in the required fields. Select the appropriate newsletter and the dates you want your announcement to appear. Paste/type the announcement text in the box. If there is a URL linking to more information, include it. Please remember, descriptions in UNI Online must be brief.
Is there an archive of past UNI Online newsletters? An archive of published UNI Online newsletters is maintained at http://www.uni.edu/unionline/archive/

What is My UNIverse News? My UNIverse News is the offical source of university announcements to students. A brief summary of what is available on My UNIverse News is e-mailed to students every Monday morning. My UNIverse News contains information about UNI programs, events, procedures and academic information pertinent to students. |
