ARTS
UNI ANNNUAL HOLIDAY ARTS AND CRAFTS SALE: Monday,
Dec. 2, in the CAC lounge from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. The sale features many
kinds of handmade gifts, including prints, jewelry, ceramics, photos,
holiday cards and ornaments. These unique, handcrafted works of art
make great holiday gifts. Refreshments will be available.

E-MAIL
SERVER UPGRADE: The central e-mail server was upgraded
on Nov. 26. This upgrade provides several enhancements, including
web-based vacation notices for e-mail and improved mail-box filtering
at the server level.

STUDENT POTTERY
SALE:
Ceramic students will be holding their annual Holiday Pottery Sale
Friday, Dec. 6 from 3-7 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 7 from 12-3 p.m. in
room 126 of KAB. There will be a large selection of one of a kind
pottery and fused glass jewelry available for purchase.

A new Web site that offers information about the liberal arts core
including requirements, course descriptions and availability, transfer
credit, category statements for use in course syllabi, and useful

FOOD AND DRINK POLICY AT LIBRARY: Rod Library's

INDUSTRIAL
TECHNOLOGY RECEIVES FULL RE-ACCREDIDATION: The National
Association of Industrial Technology (NAIT) Board of Accreditation
approved the NAIT visiting team recommendation to fully re-accredit
four Industrial Technology Programs for another six year period. The
re-accredited programs are: Construction Management, Graphic Communications,
Technology Management, and Manufacturing Technology with options in
Automated Manufacturing Systems, Design, and Metal Casting.

INTUITIVE EATING WORKSHOP: The
Intuitive Eating Workshop focuses on rejecting the diet mentality, honoring
hunger and feeling fullness, normalizing your relationship with food

On Tuesday, Dec. 3, St. Stephen's Catholic Student Center is providing
the opportunity to shop at Cathy's Hallmark and World's Window on Main
St. in Cedar Falls, for the benefit of El Faro Orphanage in Tijuana,
Mexico. At World's Window from 5:30 - 8 p.m., 10% of all sales will
go to the El Faro Orphanage. If more than $500 in sales are made, 20%
will go to El Faro. At Cathy's Hallmark, from 5 - 8 p.m., everything
in the store will be 10% off and 10% of all sales will go to El Faro.

Theological Seminary will lecture on "The New Archbishop of Canterbury,
