PLAN
TO ATTEND CONVOCATION: Convocation is a ceremony
honoring the beginning
of the academic year. It will be held at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, August
28 in the Great Hall,
GBPAC.
This year's speaker is Carl Boyd, Esq., UNI alum.

UNI IN THE NEWS:
Kim MacLin, UNI assistant professor of psychology, and
several UNI students, will be featured on ABC's 20/20 at 9 p.m., August
23.
Professor MacLin's research on criminal stereotypes is of interest
to
psychologists and the legal profession, and has implications for criminal
lineup
procedures.
