PRESIDENT'S OFFICE MOVING TO SEERLEY: Mon., Dec. 17 the following will be located in SRL 20: President Koob, Brenda Buzynski, Jane Larson and Sandra Harberts. Fri., Dec. 21, Pat Geadelmann will be located in SRL 20 and Keith Saunders, Tim McKenna and Carla Maletta will be located in SRL 12. On Mon., Dec. 17, all activity for the President's office will take place in SRL 20. All phone numbers and fax numbers remain the same.

PROVOST'S OFFICE MOVING TO SRL 001: The following people will be moving: Aaron Podolefsky, Mike Mixsell, Nancy Scoggins-Rose, Susan Koch, Bev Kopper, Coleen Wagner, Chuck Means, Cheryl Nedrow, Garry Bozylinsky and Pat Woelber. The new fax number is 3-3153 and new mail code is 0707 (this information is in the phone directory). All will be in SRL by Wed., Dec. 19.

WEATHER ANNOUNCEMENTS: All vehicles should be removed from G, A and B parking lots between 1 a.m. and 7 a.m. Failure to do so hinders snow removal activities and can result in a fine or towing. Weather can cause delays or cancellation of classes. Local TV and radio stations will announce UNI weather-related decisions. Announcements also will be posted on the UNI home page. If there is no announcement, plan on normal operations. If you are unsure about reporting to work, contact your supervisor.

TEXTBOOKS COLLECTED FOR STUDENTS IN ROMANIA: The MSW Student Association will be collecting text books related to the behavioral sciences to help students in Romania. The country is very poor and lacks books for students and for the university libraries. There will be a collection site inside the Social Work office (Sabin 30) starting December 7th through the 21st as well as a space in Maucker Union during finals week (December 17th-21st). Please consider dropping off books you find are non buy-backs and other books you feel will be helpful. We are also gathering children's books for the orphanages libraries. These books can be for children as young as toddlers up to books appropriate for "middle school" aged children (12-14 yrs old).

ANNUAL REGENTS UNIVERSITIES JOB FAIR: The UNI Alumni Association will help sponsor the Annual Regents Universities Iowa Job Fair in Des Moines. Admission is free and those who attend have the chance to win door prizes or a $200 cash prize. PROJECT VIP VOLUNTEER FAIR: Wed., Jan. 23, UNI's Project VIP will be hosting the annual Spring semester Volunteer Fair from 11a.m. -2 p.m. in the Maucker Union Expansion Room. Over 40 not-for-profit agencies from the Cedar Valley area will be attending. This is an opportunity for students to connect with local agencies and match your personal interests and skills with agency's needs. Agencies will be recruiting volunteers for a variety of service opportunities, both short-term and semester-long.

"2001 MA/BFA EXHIBITION": The UNI Gallery of Art will present the work of MA artists, Patricia J. Smith and Alexandra Dooley, and BFA artists, Erin Hoffman and Jill Ann Zevenbergen. The exhibition runs Dec. 10-21 and is free and open to the public. Gallery hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Mon. -Thurs.; 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Fri.; noon to 5 p.m., Sat. and Sun.
