FINAL GRADE REPORTING:
Final grades may be delivered in person to the Registrar's Office on Wednesday, Dec. 19, by using the south door of Maucker Union near Essentials. Final grades are due by 1 p.m. that day. Access to the Registrar's Office and other offices in Maucker Union will be via the south door from Dec. 19-21. All other doors to the Union will be locked due to routine floor maintenance in the building. If you have questions, call the Registrar's Office at 3-2241.
LATEST EDITION OF KUDOS AVAILABLE:
E-MAIL OUTAGE ON DEC. 30:
UNI e-mail and UNI mailing lists will be unavailable starting at 7 a.m., Sunday, Dec. 30, until no later than 3 p.m. for a planned upgrade project. This upgrade will improve system reliability and address a number of currently known problems and issues. No e-mail will be lost. E-mail sent to UNI students, faculty and staff during the upgrade time period will be delivered after the upgrade is complete.
STORAGE SPACE AVAILABLE:
Secured, enclosed storage space is available to rent on campus to university departments. There are five units that are 7-feet-8-inches wide by 21-feet long. All units are lighted and newly constructed with individual locks. Rent is $50 per month. If interested, contact Dennis Hayes at 3-7353.
2008 PAF DEADLINES:
The 2008 processing deadlines for Personnel Action Forms (PAF) are posted at http://www.vpaf.uni.edu/obo/payroll/cutoffs_deadlines.shtml. Anyone involved in the preparation or approval of PAFs should print and post this for use in 2008. While these are deadlines, PAFs should be prepared and routed for approvals as soon as the action requiring a PAF is determined. Questions about these dates may be directed to Linda Gruetzmacher in Payroll at 3-3003. For assistance preparing PAFs, contact Eunice Dell at 3-7432.

FACULTY/STAFF FREE DAYS AT THE WRC:
UNI faculty and staff who don't have a pass to the Wellness Recreation Center (WRC), may use the WRC for free Monday, Jan. 7, through Friday, Jan. 11. Stop at the main WRC Welcome Desk, show your UNI ID card and complete a waiver. Faculty/staff may bring their immediate family members as well. CROSS-COUNTRY SKIS/SNOWSHOE RENTAL:

CROSS-COUNTRY SKI LESSONS:
Kathy Green will offer cross-country skiing lessons for UNI faculty, staff and families. To register, call the Wellness and Recreation Services Outdoor office at 3-7163. You will be called when weather is suitable for a weekend afternoon of learning all the basic skills. The $15 fee includes equipment.
