COED SAND VOLLEYBALL:

interested in playing in a summer coed sand volleyball league sponsored

LEARN TO SWIM: There are openings
in the Paddling Panther
Learn-to-Swim classes for Session IV (June 30-July 11). Parent/Infant,
Level I, Level II and Level III are at 10 a.m. Parent/Infant, Preschool,
Level III, Level IV and Level V/VI are at 5 p.m. Contact Chris Denison

WORKERS' COMPENSATION: Effective
July 1, employees requiring medical
treatment under workers' compensation should go to the Sartori Hospital
Occupational Medicine facility rather than Allen Occupational Medicine.
The phone number for Sartori is 268-3215, option #1. Employees who
are
already receiving treatment from Allen may continue to use that facility
until further notice.

DIVERSITY AWARENESS TRAINING:
New sessions of the diversity awareness
session, "A Campus of Difference" have been scheduled for
the 2003-2004
academic year. The sessions have been revised and shortened to a 4-hour

is open. Guests may pay cash, charge

Bakery items are available at Biscotti's in Redeker Center; open weekdays
7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Redeker Center is accessible from the south side
of
Rider Hall. The 23rd Street Market is open weekdays 7:30 a.m. - 4
p.m.
Sandwiches, salad bar, homemade soup, hot dogs, pizza and nachos are
available 10:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.

CONSTRUCTION
UPDATE/WATER SHUTOFF:
Toward the end of this month,
a contractor will replace a section of water main from the Baker Hall
parking lot to Maucker Union. Access will be disrupted to Wright,
Sabin and Seerley Halls. Water service will be disrupted in the
Greenhouse, Baker, Wright, Sabin and Seerley Halls at different times.

The steam tunnel project has been delayed
and the schedule is being revised. The list of closings has been updated.
Due to safety concerns, Ohio Street is now closed north of Redeker
Dr.

RESIDENCE HALL AUCTION:
An auction will take place Wednesday June 25
at 10 a.m. in the Hagemann/Noehren parking lot. Items for sale include
wood desks/chairs, dining room equipment and furniture and
lounge/office furniture. More information will be available at

All items will be sold "as is" and must be removed on the
day of sale.
All items must be paid for in cash (good check) before removal.

CHILDREN OF THE WORLD FAMILY
VACATION:
University Museum, July 12, 9 a.m. - noon. Children and families
are invited to embark on a journey to Mexico, Japan, Nigeria and India.
You will see a little bit about each culture as you learn a game,
speak
the country's language and make a craft. Also see the photo exhibit
of
"Children of the Cedar Valley." Children must be accompanied
by an
adult. Free.
