REINSTATEMENT
OF FACULTY SPRING RESERVE LIST:
The deadline for reinstating spring 2003 course reserves for the May/summer
2003 semester is May 9. New reserve lists for fall semester should
be submitted no later than Aug. 11. For questions call the Multi-
Service Center (3-6002) or visit http://www.library.uni.edu/msc/reinstate.htm.

TIAA-CREF INVESTMENT FUNDS:
Effective May 1, nine additional funds will be available for faculty
and staff who participate in the TIAA-CREF retirement plan. These
nine funds will be in addition to the ten funds that are currently
available. An information packet will be sent to all active faculty
and staff members who participate in TIAA-CREF at their home address.
Eight information sessions will be held in GIL Room 207. The meetings
will be on Monday, May 12 at 1:30 p.m., 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. On Tuesday,
May 13, meetings will be held at 10 a.m., noon and 3:30 p.m. On Wednesday,
May 13, meetings will be held at 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Additional
meetings will be held in the fall.

or individuals contemplating PC purchases should consider the Dell
desktop configuration and pricing that has been selected for the ITS
Student Computer Centers purchase this year. This base configuration
and several options are available for immediate purchase. Please note

GETTING TO THE COMMENCEMENT
CEREMONIES: Due to continuing construction in the
Hudson Road area, traveling to the commencement ceremonies will take
some planning. Please refer to http://www.uni.edu/regist
and click on the April 24 announcement for construction details and
a map of how to best navigate your way to and from the commencement
ceremonies.

SIGN UP FOR G LOTTERY:
Public Safety is now accepting names of employees who are interested
in the drawing for "G" lot parking for the 2003-2004 year. A written
request to be included in the drawing must be turned in to Public
Safety by 5 p.m. August 8. 23 permits are sold for 23 spaces. The
proposed price for the "G" permit for the coming year is $276.

UNI BASEBALL:
UNI Head Coach Rick Heller earned his 400th career victory on Saturday
as UNI swept Bradley 6-2 and 10-4. In game one, freshman Jake Hansen
won his first collegiate game as he had five strikeouts and allowed
