MILITARY
FRIENDS AND FAMILY SUPPORT GROUP:
The Counseling Center is offering a support group for students who
have a friend or family member deployed in Operation Enduring Freedom.
The group will provide coping skills and encourage the sharing of
emotional support for each other. The group will meet at the Counseling
Center on Tuesdays from 3:30 to 5 p.m. It will be facilitated by Ken
Jacobsen and Randy Schultz. Call 3-2676 for more information.

HABITAT FOR HUMANITY: The UNI
chapter of Habitat for Humanity and the Social Work Club will host
"Shanty town" an event to raise awareness about homelessness on Friday,
April 11 in the Commons courtyard. Participants will sleep outdoors
in cardboard "homes" they will create. Register online by replying
to shantytownuni@yahoo.com
Participation is limited to the first 50 respondents.
