CAMPUS SUPPLY CALENDAR ORDERS: If you have not received
your ordering information for the 2003 calendars, please call Mary at 3-2451.
Campus Supply has sent out a new "contract" list for the most
commonly used office supplies, along with an Office Depot catalog
offering considerable discounts. Please call if you did not receive
your copies.
LIBRARY EXHIBITS: Guidelines for proposing a library exhibit,

WORDS OF WELLNESS: The September issue of Words of Wellness, a
newletter for faculty and staff, is available on the Web at

PERSONAL TRAINING: Personal Training is available through UNI
Wellness and Recreation Services. The program is great for
those interested in starting an exercise regimen as well as those
looking to add something new to their current exercise routine.

FITNESS CLASS REGISTRATION: Old favorites are still offered plus
new classes and new formats; including Water Kickboxing, Belly
Dancing, Super Sundays, Buddy Walks and more. Classes start
Tuesday, Sept. 3.

Registration: Tuesday, Sept. 3 and Wednesday, Sept. 4 in WRC 101,

9/11 EVENTS: Offices and organizations planning 9/11 remembrance
events should submit them to the Office of University Marketing &

FALL FACULTY MEETING: The fall meeting for all university faculty
will be Monday, Sept. 9, from 3:30-4:45 pm in the Lang Hall
Auditorium. President Koob will speak. All interested individuals
are welcome. Light refreshments will be served immediately following
the meeting.

UNI FOOTBALL: Panther Football hosts their home opener tonight in
the UNI-Dome. Kickoff against Wayne State is at 7:05 pm. Season
tickets for a family of four (two adults and two youth) are only

ART EXHIBITS: Both exhibits run from August 26 - September 20.
"Residue of Silence." Minnesota artists, Francisca de Beurges
Rosenthal, Joyce Lyon, and Howard Oransky, present very personal
responses to the Holocaust in this first exhibition of the fall
semester. The exhibition is co-sonsored by The Center for
Holocaust and Genocide Studies at the University of Minnesota at
Minneapolis. Opening reception is Aug. 26 following the artists'
6 p.m. lectures in the KAB Art Auditorium.
The "Artists of St. Petersburg: The Russian State Pedagogical
University" exhibition features more than 120 works of art from
the faculty and students of that institution and is sponsored in
part by the UNI Office of International Programs. Opening
reception Sept. 17 following an 8 p.m. lecture by Professors
Gennady Khoroshaylov and Ksenia Pochtennaya in the KAB Art
VOLUNTEER FAIR: Attend the fall 2002 Volunteer Fair Sept. 4 in the
Maucker Union Expansion from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The fair is open to all
UNI faculty, staff and students.
