SUMMER FITNESS CLASSES: Registration for summer fitness/leisure and certification classes begins Mon., April 29. Classes start Mon., May 13. Register and pick up class schedules in the WRS Office (WRC 101) Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm. For more information call 3-6275.

SUMMER ONLINE SCHEDULE: Beginning the week of May 13, UNI Online will run just once a week, on Tuesdays. Twice a week production will resume the week of August 19. Deadline is still noon the preceeding day.

FREE GATEWAY COMPUTERS: From ITS Student Computer Centers These machines were purchased with Student Computer Fee budget allocations, therefore, preference will be given for placing units providing the most "DIRECT USE BY/DIRECT BENEFIT TO STUDENTS." DIGITAL DESIGN SERVICES TO BE OFFERED THIS FALL: ITS Educational Technology is refocusing its Graphics Production Services to Digital Design Services. This change allows ITS Ed Tech to serve the production and instructional needs of the campus as well as the accompanying creative, digital design needs. Sandy Hendrickson will consult with faculty, staff, and students on creating original digital designs for Web pages, Power Point presentations, WebCT courseware, portfolios, and other areas and oversee the production of these designs by her student employees. The transition to beginning these new services will be completed by August 1.

ATHLETIC LOGO SURVEY: University Marketing and Public Relations is asking for your help. Stop by UM&PR's table in the main corridor of Maucker Union Thursday, April 25, from 1-4:30 p.m., or Friday, April 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to give us your opinion on possible Panther images being considered for use on retail products and various sports (and other) applications. MYUNIVERSE SYSTEM UPGRADE: MyUNIverse and all associated applications will be down for server maintenance and software upgrades beginning at 5:00 p.m. Friday, April 26th and continuing through the weekend. Services will be back by 8:00 a.m. on Monday, April 29.

REGENTS STAFF AWARD NOMINATIONS: Professional & Scientific employees at UNI are invited to submit nominations for the 2002 Regents Staff Excellence Award. The awards are presented annually to those P&S employees from Regents institutions who have made outstanding professional contributions during their careers. PROJECT COORDINATOR NEEDED: This Coordinator promotes community volunteer opportunities to students, faculty, and staff. This is a 20 hour per week position which pays $7.25 per hour.
