MINIATURE PIANO EXHIBIT: An exhibit of miniature pianos will be on
display for the remainder of the semester in Rod Library's Art and
Music Collection display case. The exhibit consists of miniature
pianos from the United States and countries around the world. The
pianos are constructed from many different materials, such as
ceramics, pewter, blown glass, seashells, jewels, and crystal.

ROYAL OAK MENU CHANGES: The menu items each day for the Royal Oak
Nutrition Blitz are different than those listed on the flyer. The
healthy, low fat menu items will be:
Monday, March 6      Red Pepper Pasta and Chicken
Tuesday, March 7   Pastisio Hellas
Wednesday, March 8   Penne and Peppers
Thursday, March 9   Fettuccine with Shrimp Lemon Cream Sauce
Friday, March 10   Roasted Tomato and Garlic Spaghetti
A dietitian will still be on hand to discuss nutrition questions with
you, but don't tell her you are going to eat that cookie!

FINANCIAL AID ACADEMIC PROGRESS GUIDELINES CHANGED: The major changes
include: Students will be evaluated beginning with their second semester
at UNI; Full time students are expected to complete at least nine hours
per semester, and 1st BA students will be allowed up to 186 total hours
to complete their degree. These changes are seen as a positive move to
make financial aid more accessible to students. Please feel free to
contact Brian Will in Financial Aid at 3-2722 if you have any questions.

UNITY BREAKFAST: The Minority Graduate Student Association is holding
a Unity Breakfast Friday, March 3, from 7 a.m- noon, at the Center
for Multicultural Education. The price of breakfast is $3.

BIG SPLASH AND BAND ON THE WATER: Get ready for spring break with Big
Splash - Band on the Water featuring Paul Wright March 4. Make the
biggest splash from 7-8 p.m. and win a prize provided by Little Italy.
From 8-10 p.m. relax and float in an innertube while listening to Paul
Wright and his band. Registration for the Big Splash contest is
Feb. 28-Mar. 3, 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. in WRC 101. For more information,

NCAA WRESTLING WEST REGIONAL: UNI Wrestling hosts the NCAA West
Regional this Saturday at N.U. High School. The Panthers look to
advance to the NCAA Championships. Competition begins at 10 a.m.

WOMEN'S BASKETBALL SENIOR DAY: After upsetting the top two teams in
the conference this weekend, UNI Women's Basketball closes out their
home schedule this Saturday afternoon vs. state rival Drake. Salute the
seniors in their last home game. Tip-off is 3:05 p.m. in the West Gym.
