instruction. Sessions can be designed to help meet the specific needs

IPERS VISIT: IPERS is coming to Waterloo Feb. 29-March 2. They will be
conducting individual counseling at City Hall, 715 Mulberry St. Call

EXHIBITION: "Prairie Dreams," by Gregg A. Schlanger, will be exhibited
at THE UNI Gallery of Art Jan. 14-Feb. 12. "Prairie Dreams," examines
the loss of native vegetation and wildlife habitats in Iowa.

NEW ANNOUNCEMENTS FROM APPLE: See a Mac OS X announcement and preview;
New Internet Tools from Apple (iTools, iReview, iCards), iMovie and
iMac DV video editing; and an AirPort wireless demonstration. CET Mac
Training Lab (corner 23rd and College St), 10 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 20.

ADINKRA WORKSHOP: Create napkins, placemats, wall hangings and other
items by learning the African cloth stamping technique called Adinkra.
This special workshop for adults will be held at the Museum, 7 p.m.
Thursday, Jan. 20. The registration fee of $10 covers the cost of all
materials. Space is limited. The deadline is Jan. 18.

great chamber orchestras, the Moscow Chamber Orchestra, on Thursday,
