This workshop is a part of a campus-wide program to create leadership skills in diversity and inclusion and community building through a highly positive, interactive approach. In this session, you will:
- Recognize multiple aspects of diversity
- Identify the impact of oppressive behaviors
- Learn and practice effective interpersonal skills to empower leaders/allies
- Meet students, staff and faculty from across campus.
