Renew Yourself by Walking the Labyrinth

Wednesday, November 14, 2012 - 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Walking the labyrinth is a practice used for centuries as a way to calm the mind, center oneself, reflect and find self-renewal. Labyrinths are usually circular patterns that have one path leading to the center of the circle and then back out again. At first glance it may seem similar to a maze, yet it is very different. There are no wrong turns, no dead ends and no tricks. This is a great time of year to pause and remember the things for which you are grateful as you walk the path of the labyrinth. The labyrinth can also be made available for organizations, events and meetings.
