The Jacobson Center for Comprehensive Literacy and Reading Recovery Program of Iowa is hosting a reception celebrating the 25th anniversary of Reading Recovery in Iowa. Since 1990, nearly 80,000 of the lowest-performing first-graders in Iowa have become readers and writers through Reading Recovery instruction.
