Executive Development Center: Project Management Workshop

Many project managers ask how they can influence project outcomes when they have responsibility but very little authority. This course focuses on the dynamics of working with people and their complexities including rank, personality, and professional position. The course outlines strategies for working through situations including conflict resolution, negotiation, influencing, and managing upward and across.

This class is taught by a Registered Education Provider with the Project Management Institute. Participants will be awarded credits from the instructor that can be used toward the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or toward continuing education credits for those who already hold the PMP designation.

Course Fee:

  • $1,395 for first registrant from your organization (per 3-day course)
  • $1,195 for each additional participant from the same organiation (per 3-day course)
