Deaf History Month Movie Night: "Black Sand"

Friday, March 28, 2014 - 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm

This all ASL film stars Micaela Paulone of “Weeds” fame. Four deaf students descend upon a tropical rain forest resort in Costa Rica in search of an adventure during their vacation. Staying at a relative’s beachfront property, beautiful waterfalls and lush green jungles are the first signs of paradise. The students soon discover that there’s also a darker side to such beauty. What is the secret being protected? Why is it so unspeakable? Subtitled for the signing impaired.
