Kappa Sigma Dodging 4 Diabetes

All proceeds benefit Juvenille Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). Last year Kappa Sigma raised $1,200; the goal this year is $2,000. Come dodge some balls for a good cause!

CAB Mall of America Trip

Saturday Visit

There will be information sessions for both high school and transfer students. This option is intended for students who do not need individual counseling, but instead want an overview of admission requirements, academic majors, costs and campus life. After the presentation you and your family are invited to be our guests for lunch at the Piazza, one of UNI's recently renovated dining centers.

Torture & the Possibility of Community
Submitted by Anonymous on Thu, 03/01/2012 - 5:00pmProf. Marjorie Cohn, author of The United States and Torture: Interrogation, Incarceration, and Abuse (2011) and Rules of Disengagement: The Politics and Honor of Military Dissent (2009), will be speak on the problems of torture and the role it plays in destroying the possibility of world community. Cohn is professor of law at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego and immediate past president of the National Lawyers Guild. She lectures throughout the world on international human rights and U.S. foreign policy.

UNI Dance Marathon

UNI Dance Marathon will host their first dance marathon in the Maucker Union on UNI's campus. Come out and help us raise money for the Children's Miracle Network and U of I Children's Hospital. There will be dancing, games and various themed rooms!
