The Fall 2013 Student Organization Fair is a one-day event taking place outside Maucker Union. More than 100 student organizations will be on hand for you to meet organization members, learn how to get involved on campus and pick up some free goodies.

Michael D. Blackwell, director of the Center for Multicultural Education, will make a presentation in recognition of the 50th anniversary of the march on Washington, D.C.
UNI is celebrating the 50th anniversary of the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom. Gather at the archway outside the Center for Multicultural Education at 3:15 p.m., arriving at the Campanile at 3:30 p.m. Events are the playing of "Mine Eyes Have Seen the Glory;" an excerpt of the "I Have a Dream" speech by Dr. King; singing "We Shall Overcome;" and the playing and ringing of the Campanile 50 times.
Join the CME staff for a cookout to start out the academic year; meet up with old friends and make new ones. There will be multicultural organizations present to share information about how to get involved on campus. Music provided by Ultimate Entertainment. Free and open to all UNI students, faculty and staff.
