The 2013 Diversity Matters Awards Nominations are currently being accepted. The awards are presented annually at the Town Hall Meeting on Diversity. All faculty, staff, students and community members are encouraged to attend the meeting as well as the diversity fair prior to the town hall meeting.

The Center for Multicultural Education (CME) will host a reception for the exhibit of the heritage of Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois through distinguished portrait prints of the Sauk and Fox Indians.This traveling exhibit is on loan from the Muscatine Art Center. The portraits and explanations appear in the lobby area of the CME. There will be a discussion about this portraiture history in the CME's multipurpose room at 12:30 p.m.
This is an annual winter clothes drive for the Salvation Army. The run will be starting with check in at 9pm at the UNI Alumni house. The race will begin at 9:30.
