The program will be in Piazza Dining Center at 2:05 p.m. Refreshments will be service in the Panther Village lobby and tours of the new dining and apartment spaces will follow the program.
UNI Dining Services will highlight local farmers by offering a number of delicious items grown locally including produce grown on campus from The Panther Plot student garden. Featured items will include eggplant parmesan, beef and vegetable stir fry, scrambled eggs and ham, vegetable pizza, and a number of fresh local produce items such as apples, watermelon and tomatoes.
Daily events and specials will be featured at Prexy's, Chats and Essentials (Maucker Union), 23rd Street Market (Commons) and Biscotti's (Shull Hall) during Customer Appreciation Week.

I, Too, Am UNI is a photo essay project that will depict the stories of students from under-represented groups who experience micro-aggressions on a regular basis at UNI. The inspiration for this event is the I, Too, Am Harvard project, which specifically focused on racial micro-aggressions. Students will have the opportunity to write their story or phrases on a dry erase board and will be photographed holding it. These photos will then be on display on the I, Too, Am UNI Tumblr and Facebook fan page.
UNI Dance Marathon will host random events throughout the week including sponsoring men's and women's basketball games, hosting a flash mob in Maucker Union, walking around with a wookie, a Pizza Hut give back night Jan. 27, selling t-shirts in Essentials and much more. Join us in celebrating those who keep our organization running.
