Featured items will include eggplant parmesan, beef and vegetable stir fry, scrambled eggs and ham, vegetable pizza, and a number of fresh local produce items such as apples, watermelon and tomatoes.

ZUMBA Valentine's Day Party

Move to the beat and be inspired by Zumba! Enjoy this free opportunity to discover why the Zumba dance fitness program is the lastest craze. Wear tennis shoes and comfortable clothes. Be ready to move to the rhythm of slasa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton. Bring your friends, family, and co-workers to this event.

I, Too, Am UNI is a photo essay project that will depict the stories of students from under-represented groups who experience micro-aggressions on a regular basis at UNI. The inspiration for this event is the I, Too, Am Harvard project, which specifically focused on racial micro-aggressions. Students will have the opportunity to write their story or phrases on a dry erase board and will be photographed holding it. These photos will then be on display on the I, Too, Am UNI Tumblr and Facebook fan page.
