The Black Student Union will host a showcase of how music and the roller rink have contributed to today’s culture. This will be a 90’s themed skate party with skates provided. There will be music and facts from the 1990s including a 90’s best dressed and best skater contest.
The Black Student Union will host a fashion show that taps into the fashion world, showcasing local privately owned clothing stores and merchandise provided by Infiniti Enterprises. Activities include a runway show, hands-on teen workshops, informative seminars and music exhibits.
UNI Dance Marathon will host the fifth annual "Big Event." Registration is required. The cost is $30 and includes admission, two meals, lots of dancing, blow-up obstacle courses, black light arcade room and much more. The fundraising goal is $305,000.
Students Today Leaders Forever will host a trip to Washington, D.C. during spring break. Participants will stay in a different city each night, service projects, tour different cities, meet new people and build leadership skills. A stop at Niagra Falls is included.
The Muslim Students Association will sponsor International Hijab Day.
This is a class on money matters that helps a person learn how to deal with credit, debt, taxes, car buying, home buying, investing, insurance, and much, much more.
This class helps the individual better understand how to invest their money wisely and efficiently to accumulate wealth over time and provide opportunities to live the life of your dreams!
Weekly Film Appreciation Club meeting. This week, the group will be screening Stanley Kubrick's epic sci-fi classic 2001: A Space Odyssey on the big screen, just as it would've looked in theaters in 1968.
This class will assist participants in becoming a wise and successful investor.
