Many communication issues that occur in the workplace have to do with assumptions and negative attribution. We want to know another’s intentions, so we place our own meaning and experiences on their world. The problem? We haven’t walked a mile in their shoes.This presentation will explain how perception can be “blamed” for many problems in the workplace, and tips to improve perception.
