Guernica, the play, follows Eric, a young aspiring artist who meets a man claiming to be Pablo Picasso, offering him a seductive opportunity: create an even grander canvas. Join Eric, the Man, and his mysterious friends as they explore the creative process and the madness of war while the "Guernica," on exhibition, comes to life in this passionate, intellectual drama. The Safe Date Tailgate raises awareness about domestic violence by providing resources to students and the community about healthy relationships as part of Domestic Violence Awareness Month. This event is sponsored by Women’s and Gender Studies, Violence Intervention Services, Feminist Action League, SAVE Forum Actors, UNI Athletics, Seeds of Hope, University Book and Supply and the Gilbertville Locker.
