While the need for blood remains about the same from month to month, the number of donations typically drecreases during the summer months. This drop in donations can lead to critical shortages. Contribute to your community by donating blood at the next Green Iowa AmeriCorps Blood Drive. For more information or to schedule an appointment to donate, contact Ashley Wolter st 319-415-7327. You can also schedule an appointment online at www.lifeservebloodcenter.org.
