Spotlight on STEM Day

The Spotlight on STEM Day will feature award winning PreK-12 teachers and their students presenting their earth-science, inquiry and/or math based classroom projects. This is an opportunity to talk with teachers and students about how they view hands-on, interactive science and math based programs as a means of teaching and learning. Spotlight Gallery (table displays): 9:30-11:30am, ITTC first floor student lounge. Spotlight Presentations: :30-3:30 pm every 30 minutes in the ITTC labs.  Sponsored by ITS-Educational Technology.

One-to-One Computing for Increased Learning Webinar

ITS-Educational Technology invites you to participate in a webinar on One-to-One Computing. A team of educators from Auburn Junior High School in Auburn, Ala. will join us as guest panelists. Auburn JHS is showcased by Intel for their successful implementation of one-to-one computing in a student-centered environment. Learning with the Apple iPad

Please join us for 'Learning with the iPad,' a session to discuss Apple's mobile strategy with the iPad and how it is beginning to change education. With numerous education applications, as well as strategies for textbooks, research and integration, the iPad is becoming a tremendous tool for 21st century learning.  See how the iPad is making learning more engaging and accessible than ever. Come to participate and ask questions. After the session, we will provide an opportunity for faculty to experience the iPad in person.
