UNI Opera students, under the direction of Mitra Sadeghpour and vocal coach Korey Barrett,will present an opera performance as part of the Spotlight Series. The performance will include "L'Enfant et les Sortileges" (The Enchanted Child) by Maurice Ravel and "Signor Deluso" by Thomas Pasatieri. Visiting artist Daniel Sheridan will present a clarinet recital. Clarinetist Daniel Sheridan enjoys a multifaceted career as a solo recitalist, orchestral and chamber musician, and music educator. He holds degrees in Music Education and Clarinet Performance from Oklahoma State University, The University of Akron and The State University of New York at Stony Brook. Sheridan currently serves on the faculty at Winona State University. This event is free and open to the public.
