Rush Nigut will discuss common legal business structures, such as limited liability company, sole proprietorship and corporation. Rush's wealth of entrepreneurial and corporate legal experience makes him an engaging and knowledgeable expert. He will share practical advice on how various legal structures can vary in complexity, price and protection.

JoAnn Hines, the Packaging Diva, will share tips on how small business owners can make their products stand out and sell. Hines has more than 30 years experience in the packaging industry. She has been interviewed on TV and radio, traveled to China as a packaging summit guide, worked with the Small Business Administration (SBA) and spoken at the White House.
