Beethoven's Piano Music - Lifelong University

3:30 pm - 5 pm, Room 111, Russell Hall This non-credit course will focus on the piano music of Ludwig van Beethoven. Some of the topics will include: why his music stands out even almost 200 years after his death; how his piano works serve as his biography; why so many pianists record and perform Beethoven over and over again and what makes people still crave and listen to these performances and recordings.
