The "American Way of Eating" since 1900: A Look at the Changes in American Food Culture
Molly Franta, a UNI senior honors student majoring in history and theatre, will discuss her ongoing interest in food research. Franta served as an intern for an exhibit at the Smithsonian National Museum of American History that explored major changes in food and wine in postwar America. She will share about her summer intern experience and how it ties to the honors research she is completing this fall. Feel free to bring your lunch to enjoy during Franta's presentation.
