For students and faculty we provide consultations to assist them with incorporating the appropriate learning strategies into their learning and teaching.

Instructor Request Form

Math and Science Services seeks to work in alliance with math and science instructors to assist students in learning and understanding science and mathematics. To ensure we are assisting students within the guidelines of the instructor, we request instructors to please complete the Instructor Request Form each semester for each course they are teaching. Until a form is submitted, Math and Science Services operates on a "hands-off graded assignment" policy.

Presentation Request Form

Math and Science Services offers presentations to instructors. They are usually fifty minutes long and can be tailored to the needs of the math or science course at hand. Please complete the form and submit at least two weeks before the presentation date.

Some instructors incorporate participation in Math and Science Services as part of the course grade. If you choose to incorporate Math and Science Services participation into the course grade, a student usage report will be sent to you via email.
