economic development (e.g., how transportation systems affect firms'
resource allocation and location decisions, use of transportation
investment as a local development tool, how aggregate productivity is
affected, how the relationship varies over space).
Dr. Strauss is also the Education
Director at UNI for the Midwest Transportation Consortium.
