Tickets
may be purchased online at http://www.vpaf.uni.edu/unitix/, via phone, or in person at the
Strayer-Wood Theatre box office. Tickets must be paid for at the time of reservation.
We accept cash, check*, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for payment, as well as U-bill and Payroll Deduct for students and employees of UNI.
Tickets purchased online or by phone will be mailed
if purchased at least one week prior to performance. If purchased within one
week, tickets will be held at the box office until curtain. Because a signature
for payment is required, tickets charged to a U-bill or Payroll Deduct will
be held at the box office.

Your UCard may be used for the four mainstage
productions at the Strayer-Wood Theatre during the season. Due to limited
seating in the Strayer-Wood, you must have a ticket to see a performance. You
are allowed one ticket per production. To receive a ticket for a performance,
you must bring your student ID card to the Strayer-Wood Theatre box office and
call 273-6381.
Exchange/Refund
Policy
Tickets are not refundable. Tickets may be exchanged with 24-notice and
a $1.00 per ticket exchange fee.
Inclement Weather
Policy
If the Strayer-Wood Theatre cancels a performance due to inclement weather, all ticket holders will
be offered the opportunity to exchange into another performance. If the ticket
holder can not attend another performance, a refund will be offered. We do not refund or exchange tickets if a performance is not cancelled.
*When you provide a check as payment, you authorized us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. For inquiries, please call 319-273-2628. When we use information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day you make your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution.
