Technology Management

The Technology Management major in the Department of Technology is accredited by the National Association of Industrial Technology (NAIT). The Technology Management major allows you to choose from a wide selection of courses within the major, and gives you more opportunities to pick another major or minor at the University of Northern Iowa. The program offers a broad range of studies in industry including its organization, resources, processes, and management technologies. These studies take place within the disciplines of mathematics, science, industrial management, and production technology. Coupled with a strong general education program, students with this major are eligible for a broad spectrum of occupations in our economic and industrial sectors. The program provides opportunity for students to select additional elective courses in specific technologies, or to complete a minor in a related or supporting field.
