Choosing Your Major/Minor

Prior to Application for Admission to the Teacher Education Program, you will be asked to declare a major and, in some cases, a minor. To be approved for teaching in a major or minor area, you must:

• Make satisfactory grades in that area
• Secure departmental approval
• Pass any required departmental tests
