STUDENTS SAY TALES FROM ABROAD

Amanda Wilson (Spring 2008) “In sum, I really really like it here.  The city is fantastic, the people are friendly and helpful, and the school is high quality and diverse.  We get a ridiculous amount of vacation, and the semester is going by too quickly, but I can't complain!  There is so much to see and do here! “

Laura Neill (Spring 2009) “My host family is wonderful.  They are really open and deal with my
ridiculously broken French very well.  I eat breakfast and dinner with
them and often times if I'm here over lunch they invite me to eat with
them as well.  My host mom was really excited that I made friends at the
CLA and doesn't care if I go out at night or anything - she's just
really laid back and a lot of fun."
