Mission
The Northern Iowa Management Association (NMA) at the University of
Northern Iowa is a professional organization through which management
majors, as well as any other majors who wish to develop management
ability, can develop skills and personal leadership qualities.
NMA offers an environment for personal growth as well as numerous
opportunities to interact with management in businesses throughout
Northeast Iowa, Chicago, Minneapolis, St. Louis and Kansas City.

All NMA members are encouraged to fill a different leadership position in the organization each year. You will gain a range of experiences that develop your management and leadership skills and look great on your resume. Click to see position descriptions.
Networking Opportunities
Networking opportunities vary each year. Participate in the October
planning session to get involved with businesses in your own area of
interest!
*Participation is limited for some events (i.e. trips, meal events,
mentoring and shadowing). Priority is given to members with the most
chapter activity and service.
