REQUIREMENTS

1 . The applicant must be a recognized student organization in good standing at the University of Northern Iowa.

2 . The applicant’s actions, experiences, and/or activities must have had a substantial impact on the University of Northern Iowa community, either through promoting diversity in ideas, events, and programming..

3 . Any member of the UNI administration, faculty, staff, or student body may submit this application form on behalf of any student organization.
