Requirements
  1. The applicant must be a recognized student organization in good standing at the University of Northern Iowa.
  2. The applicant’s actions, experiences, and/or activities must have had a substantial impact on the University of Northern Iowa community, either through promoting diversity in ideas, events, and programming.
  3. Any member of the UNI administration, faculty, staff, or student body may submit this application form on behalf of any student organization.
