Northern Iowa Diversity Coalition

Description and purpose of NIDC
The University of Northern Iowa Diversity Coalition is a network of students seeking to promote positive diversity efforts on campus and to educate students about not simply tolerance, but the celebration of diversity in all of its forms. Students from all backgrounds can work with and receive counsel from the Diversity Coalition, and help to change the campus climate through open dialogue and campus-wide programming.
Mission
To sustain the discussion that was initiated through the Student Against Hate Crimes silent protest, and work towards a discrimination-free campus, one student at a time.

Thursdays at 7 p.m.
