NISG's First-Year Leadership Council (FYLC), which was created specifically for first-year students, was designed to help UNI students gain a more thorough understanding of student government, student organizations, and campus leadership. First-year students will also find a navigable path to leadership during their academic career at UNI through FYLC participation.
