Dear students,

Here is your chance to make a difference at UNI! The general election season is upon us, and on Thursday, January 22nd your Northern Iowa Student Government will be making petition forms for all Senate positions as well as that of Student-Body President available in the NISG office, located on the upper floor of the Maucker Union. To remain eligible, these petitions will need to be completed and returned to the NISG Office no later than noon on Tuesday, February 3rd. I would also like to remind students to familiarize themselves with the election rules, available on the NISG website, prior to picking up an application to avoid complications that may delay or disqualify your candidacy. The official campaign period begins at 8am Sunday, January 25th so start planning your victory now and don't forget to grab an application from the NISG Office!
