On December 9-10, 2008, Bartlett and Campbell Hall residences had the opportunity to vote in recall elections for their constituency.

Daniel Chavez retained his seat as Bartlett Hall Senator by a margin of 54.8% to 45.2% (63 - 52).

Jake Rudy was recalled as Campbell Hall Senator 63% to 37%(121-71).

Lee Conner then won the Campbell Hall seat with 52.1% of the vote.
